Westlakes Science & Technology Park (Ingwell Hall and Pavilions)
Refurbishment of Ingwell Hall and construction of six pavilions commisioned following a design competition.

The business units have been designed to take advantage of the latest communication technology. Some of the units are set up as laboratories to develop expertise as part of the BNFL Technology Transfer Initiative specialising in Occupational Health, Toxicology, Molecular Biology and Cytogenetics.
