Abbots Court, St Bees
High quality residential development of six 3 and 4 bedroomed houses on a hillside location overlooking picturesque village and golf course. Green Design Group were commissioned with a broad brief to design a site specific layout and house types to have high quality finish and maximise the sites elevated location to provide expansive views to the village golf course and beyond. The site is within the village Conservation Area and the houses were designed to reflect and enhance the architecture in the village on an important site which is a backdrop to the part Norman Parish Church.
