Edensteads, Crosby-on-Eden
New dwellings on adjacent sites for two brothers.  Although the internal layouts were very different, the external treatment was co-ordinated with similar materials such as hand made facing bricks and natural slate roofs.

Both the properties have galleried staircases and  there is extensive use of the large glazed areas to take advantage of the surrounding open countryside and the River Eden.
