Woods Harbour, Maryport
Proposal for new build 24 flats and 8 houses on vacant brownfield site. The goal was to achieve a mixed use scheme of high quality residential units with an architectural language that reflects and draws on the surrounding environment. The configuration of the courtyard gives a sense of enclosure and environmental protection from the elements.
