Sheila Fell Close, Aspatria
Development of seventeen 3 and 4 bedroom new build houses for JJ Lattimer on a brown field site in Aspatria.  There is a mixture of 3 and 4 bedroom detached link houses and 3 storey town houses on the site. It was a difficult site with a gas mains and accompanying easement crossing the land which had to be overcome by careful site planning.
