Bamboo Restaurant, Cockermouth
The project involved the re-design of a traditional fish and chip shop to modern street friendly restaurant.

The scheme is designed to open up the building frontage to take advantage of the re-landscaping and development of Cockermouth Market Place.

The restaurant will serve Chinese dishes but in a less overt way than is traditionally associated with the Chinese take away.
